I love my new camera
Still not sure how, but I broke my D300 and it’s in the shop for a repair. Not sure how long it’s going to take and it’s been driving me crazy, so I decided to have some fun with my cameraphone just to keep myself occupied.
Amazing what they can cram into these little things these days. Ok, it’s nothing spectacular as far as the image quality goes but it’s very usable for its size. There’s sort of this Lomographic element to taking photos with a cameraphone, and some results can be very fun.
White balance on this thing is pretty bad, but after exporing it a little I found its Sepia color tone preset to be very attractive. It offers this sort of vintage noisy film feel, which I find pretty fun.
Hope things work out with my D300…
