Photo Safari
Went to a Photo Safari event organized by Photojojo. I was quite impressed with how well this was organized, and how many people showed up – I’ve never seen so many photographers in one place.
This was actually a Photo Scavenger Hunt from Lower East Side to Williamsburg with lots of surprise appearances (thanks to the Foundling Circus Guild – they were really great). It was almost surreal to see all the creations/creatures on the way.
Many people on the streets were puzzled by all of this happenings obviously, but most people were very cool about it (maybe except for that one crazy guy in McCarren Park and one girl in that BMW who screamed in panic).
Favorite quote of the day: “This is the best hangover ever”, by a random guy outside a bar after shaking hands with one of the long legged creatures.
